The TRIPLE X™ STRAP SYSTEM is a revolutionary patient immobilization system that quickly and securely immobilizes a spine injured patient to virtually any spine board. It is designed to be easy to use, even for responders with no prior training.
The TRIPLE X™ STRAP SYSTEM consists of twelve separate overlapping rip and stick straps that are arranged in three sets of "X" formations. These formations align with the three major weight centers of the body: the upper chest, pelvis, and legs.
To use the TRIPLE X™ STRAP SYSTEM, simply align the three sets of "X" formation straps over the corresponding weight centers of the patient's body. Then, thread the straps through the back board holes and pull tight. The chest "X" strap is adjustable in angle, and can be threaded over the patient's shoulders to further help isolate the head and neck from the mass of the body.
The TRIPLE X™ STRAP SYSTEM is made of heavy-duty 2" webbing and 1.5" hook and loop. It is machine washable and comes with a reflective stripe running down the center alignment strap. The TRIPLE X™ STRAP SYSTEM also comes attached to its own zippered carrying case, which can be attached to the back board and used to keep C collars and tape in.
